Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We don’t have a refund policy, we only have an exchange policy only in case of damaged or defective or wrong product, you can inform us of the same to us within 1 day of delivery of the product, we will cross check the issue at our end or replace the product at our earliest. 

Video proof is mandatory before opening a product for initiation exchange.

Our policy lasts 1 day, you have to inform us within 1 day after the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after 1 day.

  • Exchanges are free of charge for the first exchange.
  • If a second exchange is requested, a deduction of ₹100 will be applied to the original purchase amount.
  • If the new item is priced higher than the original, the customer must pay the difference via a prepaid method.
  • Reverse pickup is arranged through our logistics partners (Delivery Direct, Ecom Express, Xpressbees). The pickup process typically takes 7-8 working days, followed by product inspection.

Exchange Denial Conditions:

  • Used, soiled, or damaged items (e.g., sweat stains, perfume smells, makeup transfers, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges may also be denied if the customer uses abusive language or emojis while communicating with the Customer Support team.
  • Wrong products handed over during pickup will incur a ₹100 deduction for additional shipping and handling.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Furthermore, we don’t have any exchange, refund or return policy on clearances sale orders, international orders and on kids clothing.

To complete your exchange we require your order number, name and mobile number.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • The refund will be issued to the source account within 7-8 working days.

For this you need to inform us about cancellation of that order to our support team on our WhatsApp at +919313276171 or mail us at omnisparrow@dnbtradewing.com within 1 hour.
